Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you verify your email, your new account gets 14 days of full access to every Pro tool, with no card required to start. When the trial ends your account stays on Standard with every free tool, including the ACMA Spectrum Tool, and you upgrade only if you want to. The trial is granted once per account. What do I get on each tier?
Standard gives you every free tool with no time limit, including the ACMA Spectrum Tool. Flex adds any one Pro tool of your choice, along with the ACMA backend and professional reporting for that tool. Pro adds the full RF and path design suite, with the ACMA backend and professional reporting across every Pro tool. Elite adds workflow automation, system design, BOM generation and the digital twin. Enterprise adds the full team ecosystem, with client, project manager and technician access around one live project.
Why is Pro priced the way it is?
A single seat of an established RF design package can cost many thousands of dollars. Pro gives you a whole suite spanning RF, electrical, network and cable design for a monthly subscription, so one subscription replaces several expensive packages and still costs far less.
What is the digital twin?
The digital twin puts the proven models behind every tool in motion, so a design can be tested as a living system, under load and under stress, before it is built. Elite brings that together with automated system design and scenario modelling. Explore the digital twin.
How do I get Elite?
Elite is in early access, so accounts are set up individually rather than through self serve checkout. Get in touch and we will walk through your workflow, enable Elite on your account and stay close to you while you use it. Pricing is the same as shown here.
What is Enterprise and the ecosystem?
Enterprise turns noIM₃ from a set of tools into a shared platform for the whole project. Engineers design, project managers assign, technicians build and clients follow progress, all from one source of truth. Pricing is bespoke because team size and project volume vary widely, so we quote it after a conversation. Explore the ecosystem.
Can I change tiers, and is there annual billing?
Yes to both. You can move up at any time with prorated billing, and a move down applies at your next billing cycle, with no lock in. Paying yearly gives you two months free on Flex, Pro and Elite, and Enterprise is quoted annually as part of your agreement.
Can you invoice us, or take a purchase order?
Yes. Card payment through Stripe is the fastest way to start and is available on every self serve plan. Where your procurement needs an invoice or a purchase order, which is usual for mining, utility and government buyers, we can invoice for annual plans and Enterprise agreements. Tell us what your procurement needs and we will set it up.
What data sources are included?
The ACMA live register is included from Standard through the ACMA Spectrum Tool, where you can search the full licensed site database and inspect the incumbents around a proposed site. Flex adds the ACMA backend inside your chosen Pro tool, together with the live data feeds that tool depends on, such as BOM space weather for HF propagation conditions and NASA POWER for solar data. Pro and above include the ACMA backend and every data feed across the whole Pro suite.
